Kérastase, L'Oréal’s ultra-premium haircare brand, needed more than a beautiful space it needed a statement of prestige, purpose, and progress.

I led the redesign of Kérastase’s retail presence across Egypt’s high-end shopping malls and salons, turning static booths into immersive, sustainable experiences. Every decision from materials to messaging was designed to enhance brand visibility, client engagement, and environmental impact.

I led the full redesign of premium partner salons to better reflect the Kérastase brand identity clean lines, soft lighting, elevated product zones, and storytelling woven into the space itself.

  • Salon Experience Upgrade: Integrated storytelling and design standards into 20+ salons elevating client journeys and staff workflows.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Worked across departments (marketing, retail, production, procurement) to bring ideas to life under tight deadlines.
